We ship to the address you provide at checkout, or the one you have provided in your account. Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal delays, or seasonal demand.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because each book is a mystery selection, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference. However, if your book arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, please contact us and we’ll make it right. If, however, you already have the book you receive, we may be able to offer a voucher for a future order. Photographic proof of a duplicate book will be required. Contact us for more details.
